This week was very hectic for me. I actually expected a gain when I stepped on the scale this morning. I was very please to see I lost. It may have only been 0.2 pounds but it counts. Hopefully it is enough to keep my on Tribe Black and not sent to Exile.

Week 4: 172.2 -0.2
Total weight loss: -6.1

I was only able to get 210 minutes this week. Hopefully I will do better next week since we are counting minutes again.

you are correct...a loss is a loss no matter how much or how little it is. Good job!
Good job!!! I am not doing so well on my fitness plan!! We're doing the rip:60 and this week has kicked my butt at work (starting at a new branch is always stressful) and I haven't worked out once this week yet! :( Sad...but I gotta keep going!!
do you hear yourself? "only" 200+ minutes? i'd say that's pretty darn good!! :)
