Shrinkvivor Tribe Black Week One

SHRINKVIVOR CHALLENGE


Hello All! This post is actually a day late since I was traveling for work yesterday. I was able to check in on time but I wasn’t able to get a post up so here goes.


Starting Weight: 178.3

Wow, I’m still amazed at how much you weight fluctuates from day to day. That weight is from my home scale yesterday morning and this morning at weight watchers I was at 174.2 that is a 4 pound difference. But I’m not too surprised. I’m having major swelling this week because of TOM but I’m curious if I might need to invest in a new scale. If I do I will wait until Shrinkvivor is over with so I’m using the same one every week.

This week’s challenge is workout minutes. I have a horribly busy week with getting ready this weekend for dinner with my family, packing a bag for Idaho and packing a bag for California. I’m really hoping to get in a good amount of work out minutes but I’m not expecting too many. Hopefully it will be enough to help me loose weight and keep me on Tribe Black for another week.

Let’s go Tribe Black! We can do this.

we've got 2 identical scales here at work. one here in my office and another in the gym. i weigh on both w/in 10 minutes and they still don't match up. stick with your scale and as long as the number seems consistant i wouldn't worry about it.

Scales are evil. I had to weigh in at the doctor this afternoon and it just made me sad. As long as you use the same scale and weigh in under the same circumstances (time of day, nekkid or not, etc) I think you can trust the result.

I just started my diet/exercise routine (first time ever) and it is hard!!! Keep it up!!! You'll do great!!! I'm sure of it!!!

Sex counts as a workout. Love you
