Catch up

I’ve been really busy lately. The beginning of August was a world wind of family pictures, wedding showers, baby sitting, wedding, wedding luncheon, family from Virginia, family from Oklahoma, family from North Carolina and family from New York (3 different sides of family). That was just the 1st week of August. Luckily the 2nd week slowed down and we went back to work and things started to go back to normal. I learned something about myself that week that I haven’t decided if I’m ready to share it with the world yet. It is a lot to process. The 3rd week I was busy at work with a monitor and my car dies. Chris barley made it home before the transmission completely gave up. So that weekend we towed the car to the mechanics and we are still impatiently waiting on what is going on, when it will be done and how much will it cost. Last week I was in Idaho Monday–Wednesday for work. I took Friday off and Chris and I ran some errands and watch The Help. Saturday was our nephew’s 1st birthday party and Sunday was our niece’s 6th birthday party. Tonight Chris is staying at work late so they can draft their Fantasy Football team and Thursday Chris and I have tickets to the Utes opening game! I can’t wait. So I’m still around, just busy as always.
